Agent configure screen blank after login with Firefox 3.5 Print


Problem:   

 
After a user logs into the Management interface with Firefox 3.5, all screens display correctly except the Administration -> Agents -> Configure page. This page appears blank with no users listed and no menu bar displaying. No errors appear on the page or in any of the web server logs.
 

Resolution:

 
Clearing the browser cache and restarting Firefox corrects the issue.
