Control client secure sockets layer (SSL) handshake: Connection lost Print

Problem:

WAN Accelerated (UDP) jobs fail with the following error message:

50135 System error encountered during the process control client secure sockets layer (SSL) handshake: Connection lost.

Resolution:

This can occur if the MTU size on part of the network is less than 1500. If this is happening with a specific transfer then modify this value on one of the two hosts involved. Transfers will always negotiate down to the lowest MTU value specified on the hosts involved in a transfer.
To set the MTU size, follow the procedure below appropriate for your installed version:
From the Administration / Agents / Configure menu item and select your agent.
Click on the Edit action.
On the Network tab, select the General sub-tab.
Set the UDP Payload Size parameter to the desired value and click OK.
