Certificate Alarm job fails with Unable to set the command working directory error. Print

Problem

After configuring the Certificate Alarm job on a 64 bit Windows manager and running the job, the job fails with the following error:

Unable to set the command working directory to 'C:\Program Files\Signiant\Mobilize\transfers': No such file or directory

Resolution

The Signiant software is built for a 32 bit architecture, and as such will be installed under the "Program Files (x86)" directory on your system root drive.  However, the default transfer directory specified for the manager is "Program Files".  This mismatch causes the job to fail.

To resolve the issue, log onto the Signiant administration interface using an account with administration access.  From Administration / Agents / List, select your manager's name and click Edit.  From the General tab, select the Environment sub tab.  Change the default directory to match the location of your manager's install directory.
