"Error updating manager" when trying to import a cross-trust Print


Problem:
When trying to set up a cross trust, you receive the message "Error updating manager <name> - Insufficient privileges to update Manager, <name>"

Cause:
This manager was already imported by a different user, and this one doesn't have rights to edit it.

Solution:
Under Administration > Manager > Orgainizations, hit the "Show All" button at the top. Edit the organization for the manager being imported, and give this user permissions to the organization
