Secure sockets layer (SSL) handshake failure - sslv3 alert illegal parameter error Print

While trying to run a job involving agents running different versions of the software you receive an error:

Secure sockets layer (SSL) handshake failure with 'hostname' on the process control client: sslv3 alert illegal parameter

In version 11.0 a security change was made that is incompatible with pre-11.0 agents. The Encyption option "No encryption - unsigned" is no longer compatible between older and newer versions. You must set this option to "No encryption - signed" or higher in order for the job to succeed. The unsigned option may be used as long as all agents are running version 11.0 or higher.
